Message to the world
I am very happy to be growing my tea in one of the more pure and healthy places in the world. My tea is all grown under the virgin native forest canopy of ohia and kopiko trees. Orchids and ferns grow throughout my fields. My Rainforest White tea promotes health and wellness as well as clarity of thinking. I hope you can get a chance to try it.
What type of tea do you grow/process?
I grow only four varietals of camellia sinensis and assamica for production. These include bohea, benikaori, yutakamidori and yabukita. I process a blend of these to make a white tea. All growing, harvesting, processing, packaging and marketing is done at my farm where I reside.
Do you grow organic tea? Would you like to explain more?
I don’t currently have organic certification. I cleared the exotic species from the native rainforest by hand. I planted my farm in the previously unused soil using organic fertilizers and soil amendments. I use only organic fertilizers. When I start producing more tea and can afford it, I will probably seek organic certifications. I think I call call my product natural.
